If you are an agent who has a listing to sell or lease an apartment in The Westralian, we will be pleased to work with you to ensure that everything runs smoothly and in a way that does not compromise the security of our complex or the privacy of our residents.

Please ensure that all of the following steps are followed with each listing:

Please advise the Building Manager of the name of company that you are representing and which apartment you will be showing. He will talk to you about our building security and adjust the apartment air keys accordingly. If you are not familiar with our complex, he will give you an orientation briefing.

As a courtesy, please also advise the Building Manager whenever you have an open inspection planned or a private viewing.

Ensure that confirmed buyers or residents are aware of what is required to be done well in advance of a move into The Westralian Apartments complex

The page can be accessed under the “Apartment Living” tab and also as a Quick Link at the bottom of each page. It also includes links to the forms that need to be printed, completed and provided to the Building Manager prior to the move.

Please note that approval is required from the Council of Owners before a pet can be brought into the strata complex. The appropriate form must be completed and submitted to the Building Manager well in advance of the intended move if a resident wishes to bring a pet into the complex.

Advise the Building Manager once the apartment has been sold or leased

Please provide the name/s and contact details of the new owner or resident, as well as the planned date of the settlement or the beginning of the lease.

If the apartment has been leased, a copy of the front page of the lease is required, together with details of the length of the lease and whether there are any special lease conditions (for example, a “no pets allowed” condition).

You will also be asked to confirm that the new owner or resident is aware of, and will comply with, the requirements related to moving into The Westralian Apartments complex.
